Refund Policy – Facilitator Training Program (Global)

This policy applies to all participants enrolling in the Facilitator Training Program, including those using third-party finance options such as Zip (Australia), Klarna (US), or similar providers.

1. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy excludes your legal rights under consumer protection laws. You may be entitled to a refund if services are not provided with due care and skill, do not match what was described, or are not fit for their intended purpose.

2. Cooling-Off Period

A 14-day cooling-off period applies from the date of enrolment, provided the program has not commenced.

  • If you cancel within this time and before program commencement, you are entitled to a full refund (less any non-refundable enrolment fee if specified).

  • Once the program has commenced, the cooling-off period no longer applies.

3. Change of Mind

Outside of the cooling-off period, refunds are not available for change of mind or non-attendance once the program has commenced.

4. Withdrawal Before Program Start (outside of cooling-off period)

  • If cancellation is requested after the cooling-off period but prior to program commencement, a partial refund may be considered (less administrative costs and any expenses already incurred).

5. Withdrawal After Program Start

  • Once the program has commenced, no refunds are provided except where required under applicable consumer laws.

  • Participants withdrawing for personal reasons remain responsible for any payment obligations under their finance agreement.

  • In cases of hardship, a deferment or transfer to a future intake may be offered at the discretion of the facilitator.

6. Payment Plans & Third-Party Finance

  • If you enrol using Zip, Klarna, or another finance provider, your repayment agreement is with that provider.

  • Refunds, where applicable, will be processed back through the original payment method via the finance provider.

  • Until a refund is confirmed, your repayment obligations with the finance provider remain in effect.

7. Program Cancellation or Significant Changes

If the program is cancelled or significantly altered by us, participants will be offered either:

  • A full refund, or

  • The option to transfer into a future intake at no extra cost.
